This is what we woke up to this morning! It actually started snowing really lightly in the evening and continued for a few hours during the night. School got canceled and the kids are excited. Even last year when it snowed it wasn't cold enough to stay on the sidewalks and streets. But it's also too cold to build a snowman.
Landon thought Dallin looked pretty strange with his head all covered up.
When I took Lucy out this morning to do her business she was very hesitant to walk on it. But she really liked eating it. Then she ran all around in it and had a great time.
I only took Landon out for a couple of minutes because his poor little faced is already so chapped from all of his drool. That kid goes through at least 6 or 7 bibs a DAY that get soaked through with his drool. He also drools in his sleep, so it's never-ending chapped cheeks.
The kids were a little disappointed that they couldn't even make snowballs, but they had fun running around in it too.
Connor only lasted about 5 minutes before he was freezing. Zach lasted 10 minutes. After 20 minutes Jacob and Savannah couldn't feel their fingers and decided to come in. Now we're just keeping warm in our cozy house.
