Zach has been home sick since Saturday afternoon with a fever and sore throat. He missed giving the scripture at church and also the last 3 days of school. Yesterday he was so bored he cleaned up every toy in every room in the house (including Savannah's room). He was finally doing better today, but we had dentist appointments first thing in the morning. So he had to be late to school. It's so nice to be able to do their appointments all at the same time...it's a pediatric dentist. Here are Zach, Savannah, and Connor.
Savannah always does so good and lays so still.

Marathon Kids Medal Day!
Today was the Marathon Kids Finale Day! We went to Austin for the boys to do their "final lap" and receive their medal. They were very excited! Zach is wearing the red jacket & Jacob the gray one...
At 3:00 this afternoon I found Zach laying on the couch with a fever and some bloodshot eyes. Might be pinkeye or whatever Jacob had a week ago. Poor kid...he said "Is it almost bedtime Mommy?" He was immediately banned to his room because we're having a couple of families over for dinner tonight as part of a ward activity.

Cousin Max is born!
Max LeSueur was born today! He is the first baby of my older brother Steven and his wife Sarah. Max was born at 12:20 pm, weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz., and was 21 inches long. Steven says he has a whole head of brown hair. Sarah was in labor all last night so she is a tired new Mommy. We're so happy for you both!

Valentine's Week
Jacob has been home sick since Wednesday. Tuesday he complained of a headache all day and then woke up in the night with a fever. He's pretty much had the fever off on and on since then. Luckily no flu. Right now it's 102. Poor kid. He had to miss his Valentine's party on Friday. I took in his stuff in the morning though and his teacher let us come for a minute at the end to get his filled Valentine bag and a plate of goodies (when we came to pick up Zach).
We made use of his time at home on Thursday by finishing his Life Timeline project. He did a great job! Friday he made up some school work and even took a couple of tests at home.
Savannah loved having Jacob home to play with (when he was feeling up to it) and he was so nice to her all week...

Little Man is 2!
Our little Connor turned 2 yesterday! He was completely oblivious to what was going on. But he loved his presents and even tried to blow out the candles.
Cheese!
Connor wouldn't open anything, but was very interested in watching us do it (Zach volunteered to do it but wanted to keep the presents too).

Friday Fun
I haven't taken many pictures this week. I've been trying to take it easier and play with the kids. We went to the park and have had friends over to play.
This is what I spent the morning doing...

Busy week
It's been a busy week with no pictures. For the sake of our journal, here's what we've been up to. I was in charge of New Beginnings on Tuesday night (an annual event for the young women...lots of work). I've cleaned, done laundry and grocery shopped for 6 people. Wednesday night my friend Kristi dropped her son Bentley off (he's 16 months I think and a sweet little guy). She was induced the next morning and had a little girl. We watched him all day Thursday and most of Friday (he was super easy, slept a ton, and it actually made me stay home and relax a little...it was a good thing). Savannah loved playing with Bentley and Connor actually tolerated him great. I even caught him playing nicely next to him...once or twice.
Dallin has been SUPERDAD (and husband). I was gone Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evening for church stuff. Then Friday evening I took Bentley to the hospital and saw Kristi's baby. Saturday I was gone all morning shopping (for a swimsuit...can't take kids to do that). This morning I had a meeting before church so Dallin had to bring the kids by himself. Thanks for being such an awesome and supportive husband Dallin! I love you!
